Tourist Information Centers

A new information desk about tourist spots and cultural & sports events in Yamaguchi City and Yamaguchi prefecture has opened at the new JR Shin-Yamaguchi Station Tourist Office – North Gate, with multilingual staff to provide support to foreign visitors.

Tourist office located by the shinkansen gate at JR Shin-Yamaguchi, Yamaguchi prefecture’s gateway. Its staff will provide you with information about Yamaguchi City and all its surrounding areas. English-speaking staff (available at certain times only). Accessible from both inside and outside the platform area.

Located on the ground floor of JR Yamaguchi Station, provides information mainly about central Yamaguchi city and its surrounding areas.

Located in the middle of the Yuda-onsen hot spring district, this bright building with a large glass façade has a relaxed and friendly ambience.

This tourist information center, opened in April 2008 , is located in front of Kozan Park, which is home to Rurikoji Temple and its five-storied pagoda (National Treasures)

Apart from providing visitors with tourist information, this facility includes a café, an art gallery, and different areas in which to take a break while soaking your legs in the warm hot spring water. Opened in March 2015.
