One Coin Tour of Hagi Okan historical road's “Ichinosaka 42 bend course” with Storyteller

The Hagi Okan is a 53-km long historical road connecting the cities of Hagi, Yamaguchi and Hofu. It was developed after the construction of Hagi Castle as the official road for Lord Mori’s entourage to use when traveling to and from the capital of Edo (present-day Tokyo). Experience walking the C course climbing up the "Ichinosaka 42 bends," said to be the most difficult part of Hagi Okan. Along the way you will pass the ruins of the Rokuken tea house and a monument marking the old border.
