Terms and conditions
Guide fee
・Guide fee should be paid by cash at the meeting point on the
・From one person up to ten per one guide and another guide will be required for more than ten participants. ※Please contact us if there are more than ten participants.
Fees other than guide fee
Transportation fees, admission fees and food expenses etc. are not included in the guide fee. The transportation fees for both customers and the guide, entrance fees, fees for various activities and personal meals are the responsibility of the customer. Thank you for your understanding in advance.
Application
・Application for the tour should be made 14 days prior to the tour. And you can’t apply more than 3 months before the tour.
・After you send us the application form, a confirmation message will be sent to you by email or by phone. If you do not receive any reply from us within 3 business days, or if you have any questions or any issued to be confirmed, please contact us by email at lgi-ytc@c-able.ne.jp.
Cancellation policy
A cancellation fee will not be charged if the tour is cancelled 4 days prior to the date of the tour or if the tour is cancelled for the customers’ security judged by the guide due to natural disasters or sudden bad weather.
However, if you cancel the tour up to 3 days before the tour date due to customer’s circumstances, cancellation fee will be charged as follows;

・We can also arrange jumbo taxis, minibuses, etc. for transportation, when there are many participants.
・Please understand that the tour may be forced to cancel due to natural disasters or suspension of transportation service, government order or reasons beyond our involvement.
・We can also guide you to sightseeing spots other than the listed tours according to your preference. Please feel free to contact us.
