Grave of Kaneshige Shin’ichi

On the precincts of Toshunji Temple is the grave of Kaneshige Shin’ichi, who, along with Sufu Masanosuke, was instrumental in the selection of the site for the new domain headquarters in Yamaguchi and the construction of defenses around the city.
